I like to think of myself as a messenger. I have an important message to share for those ready to receive it.

For the longest time I was woke up excited to jump out of bed and start my day….everyday, day after day. I never questioned it because it felt normal to me.

One day that all changed…suddenly I know longer had the energy to just jump up, out and onward with the day.

It was if my old world had just blown up … and when the dust settled…things looked pretty much the same but they were so different…and the first thing I noticed was that I wasn’t anxious to jump out of bed … going through the day became a chore. I was lost and didn’t know it.

Longing to feel alive again - and once again excited to start my days - I went on a quest. I knew if I could find my fire - waking up would be a joy again.

Here is what I discovered….and this will work for you too…. To wake up on fire and ready to seize the day you have to have crystal clarity on your outcome/result. This is bigger than a goal, this is your Magnetic North Star … It’s your Purpose, your Reason, Your Why!

When you know What that is and back it with your big Why …. you will be on fire and ready to embrace any day.

There is a formula for happiness and success.

My background, outside of Coaching, has been in construction. I owned my own residential/commercial general contracting company (PeckBuilt, Inc). I loved bringing my clients dreams to life - creating beautiful spaces that were both functional and pleasing. Similar to a great coaching plan…you need to know what the end result is supposed to look like before you start…because a crystal clear vision is paramount in knowing which steps to take.

I consider myself a force for good through my love and laughter and take coaching very seriously. I am serious and have a sense of humor…(or at least I think I’m pretty funny). I am a messenger of what’s possible when you get crystal clear on Your Ultimate Vision and start moving in that direction.

I am a Graduate of Robbins-Madanes Training having studied Strategic Intervention Coaching, also studied at Tony Robbin’s Coaching Academy, a student of Robbins-Madanes Training Breakthrough Coaching, a Certified Life Coach with Coaches Certification Institute and have a BA in Psychology and am a Reiki II.

Most importantly, I have the tools, techniques and strategies to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
